Job Introduction

We are looking for a talented and dedicated fundraising professional to join Wycombe Abbey’s Development and Seniors Office as the Development Operations Manager. 

Wycombe Abbey has been at the forefront of girls’ education for more than 125 years. The School encourages curiosity, innovation, leadership and delight in learning among its pupils. Superb academic outcomes are the School’s hallmark and pupils regularly secure places at the most prestigious universities across the globe. 

The Development and Seniors Office is responsible for engaging a wide range of stakeholders to support the strategic direction of the School. The office fosters a culture of philanthropy and engagement within the wider Wycombe Abbey community. 

This role presents an exciting opportunity to maximise the effectiveness of the Development and Seniors Office at a time of growth. The successful candidate will have relevant experience, be dynamic and proactive, have high standards for their work and possess excellent written and interpersonal skills. A bachelor’s degree with experience working in a similar role is highly desirable.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. A flexible attitude to works hours is essential, as you will be required to work 'out of hours' from time to time.

Salary: Competitive, depending on skills and experience.
