Job Introduction

Wycombe Abbey is a world-class full-boarding school for girls. With its distinctive heritage, magnificent 170-acre campus and impressive resources, the School provides an outstanding education for 650 pupils aged 11-18. 
 
We are currently looking for an administration Assistant to provide dedicated, additional administration support to our Headmistress. This is a key role with a wide range of duties, which will include the production of accurate and clearly laid-out documents, complex diary and time management, maintenance of filing systems, minute-taking and other related tasks. 
 
The appointed candidate will be an efficient and accurate administrator who thrives in a busy environment. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and remain calm under pressure. Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines is essential. Knowledge and understanding of a boarding environment is an advantage as well as a genuine commitment to Wycombe Abbey’s aims and ethos. 
 
This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year. Core working hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, however there is some flexibility.
