Job Introduction

Art Technician

Wycombe Abbey seeks to appoint an Art Technician to support the Art teachers prior to and during lessons to enable the smooth running of the Art department.

Contract: This is a permanent, part-time contract. The first six months will be a probationary period.

Hours of Work: 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during Wycombe Abbey term time (including INSET days) plus three weeks during Wycombe Abbey holidays to ensure that the department is prepared at the beginning of term and packed away at the end of each term, and to support exhibitions. 

Please note that flexibility is required as working times may change from year to year according to the timetable. Availability to attend and support some weekend workshops is desirable.

Salary: £12,864.55  - £17,404.98 per annum (based on FTE £25,500 - £32,000 per annum), depending on skills and experience.
